TSCONECT is looking for energetic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to promote and sell our cutting-edge technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities by reselling our diverse range of software and technology solutions. This role offers a commission-based compensation model, ideal for individuals with a passion for technology sales and a drive to succeed.


Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
  • Promote Technology Solutions: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of TSCONECT's suite of services, including business process outsourcing, web and app development, digital marketing, payments integration, bulky SMS provision, ICT consultancy, and ideas incubation.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team’s performance.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and strategies.

  • Job Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or software solutions sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Knowledge and understanding of technology solutions, software products, and ICT services.
  • Results-Driven Attitude: Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to develop and maintain a robust client base.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, including remote and in-office activities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new products, solutions, and market trends.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and sales activities simultaneously.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the technology sector.
